What is Chiropractic?

KSL News reports that this morning on I-15 around American Fork, just past exit 276 two cars collided. The collision caused one of the vehicles to hit a wall and then roll. Two people were trapped inside the rolled car and were transported to the nearest hospital. They are now reported to be in stable condition and expected to recover. The driver of the other car was not seriously injured.

So, if you were in this accident what would the next step be? What kind of treatment would you need to totally rehabilitate your body? Besides the possible surgery and pain medication you are eventually going to want to correct the root of the symptoms that cause your body pain and frustration. In a car accident the impact of collision jolts the neck, back, and head out of their normal positions and can cause sprains, rips, tears and breaks in the bones and muscle tissue.

It is a scientific fact that your body is self-regulated, self-healed, and controlled by the brain and nerves. The spine or vertebrae houses the nervous system. If for any reason it becomes misaligned or out of place it causes malfunction in the body’s ability to heal. If the brain can’t communicate with the nerves, it doesn’t know where the problems are and can’t send messages back to respond to damage. Chiropractic is a natural way to help the body do what it does best, heal!

If you’ve been in a car accident recently or in the past few months your next step is to get to a chiropractor. We want to make sure that your body has all the tools it needs to completely return to where it was before your accident.
