Posted by Dr. Nate Miller on Oct 21 2009 | Chiropractic Care

The Salt Lake Tribune reports that V. Douglas Snow, renowned Utah muralist, died today. He was driving on State Road 24 when he drifted to the left, over corrected, and rolled. Unfortunately for the world and for Utah he died on the scene. Snow was famous for one saying in particular, “When you see things that move you, you paint the reasons why.” He was famous for his mural work. Snow’s work appears in New York’s Museum of Modern Art and the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. Locally his murals can be found locally at many places namely the prestigious Leonardo museum, Salt Lake City International Airport, and behind the Utah Supreme Court bench at the Matheson Courthouse.
